Smile Like You Mean It

went to the dentist today. it’s been awhile, but all the people were really nice. although it took a really long time. so now my teeth feel all clean. but also kinda sore haha.

i then went to help out at beach practice for the soccer teams girls under ten and eleven for 4S Avengers. they are sometimes annoying but overall they are awesome. they’re like the little sisters i never had. <3 i’m going to miss them and i’m sad i won’t be there for their season. i’m just proud of how much they’ve improved and i know that they’ll keep improving :]

there have been lots of birthdays recently. i’m finding difficulties coming up with good presents and coming up with advice for other people too. hopefully i’m not doing too horrible and my advice is good. who knows.

i haven’t had a post where i talk about me or what i’ve done in a while. i guess i still find it weird to share online where people can see. i’m more of a private person. it’s nice to vent, but i still feel uncomfortable with people knowing exactly what i’m feeling. but i guess i’m kind of a hypocrite because i hate not knowing what other people are thinking. sometimes i assume the worst case scenario or i think of the best possible scenario. is knowing really better than wondering? it seems that way but what’s that saying? ignorance is bliss.

this post seems to be getting longer and longer and it makes me think of that computer game snake. the little stars it eats are the random things that pop into my head and it keeps getting longer. in case someone is still reasing this, i should warn you that this post has no direction or overall point.

i’m easily entertained. but i’m also easily bored. i have a lot of useless toys and games and puzzles. i LOVE puzzles. my family gets to experience my love of puzzles first-hand because their presents involve puzzles like crosswords that i make… that leads to a scavenger hunt… and there is usually duct tape involved somehow. they enjoy it! or do i enjoy laughing at them… :P it really has become a tradition and is expected now. my mom told me my dad was expecting an “ashley” present for his birthday last year. it made it difficult that i was in another city at the time, but i pulled it off :]

i’m listening to music and it makes me want to dance! :] well, i am dancing, but that’s not what i meant. i want to go dancing. but i’m like broke. anyone knows of any free clubs?? :D free is awesome. like the free concerts i went to this summer! those were awesome, especially lifehouse because i really like their music! and switchfoot was such a great environment at the beach. good times with my concert buddy!

i love my friends. they are so weird and crazy and i love how amazing they are. and they should all know that!! just saying :]

that’s probably enough for now, i have been rambling for some time now. yes that’s enough. i’ll probably go watch a movie now. it would take a whole other post to talk about my love of movies so i won’t continue. have a nice night!! :]
